    Updates VX and VY       : No
    Updates Cursor Position : No

    This is called  automatically  on  startup  and  sets  the  VideoCard
    variable to the 80x25  mode  defaults  (even  if  the video cards are
    not in the 80x25 modes).

    Card is then set to the  currently  active card in the system, either
    MonoCard or ColorCard.
